Beginning this September (Sept 17) we will be launching our first series of new Specialty Programs! Some are new and some are back by popular demand! Have a look at the schedule below and see what we have in store for you. You can also click here to read more about the programs or get yourself signed up. Each Program will have a cap of 10 athletes so you will have to decide quickly if you want in or not! You can sign up online, at the Front Desk, or speak to the Coach who is running the program. We are super excited about this side road adventures that you can now take on a consistent basis!
October 14 - November 25 (Sundays)
- FirePower Sweat Sesh - Sunday @ 8:00am with Coach Shane/Ryan/Brian. Take on 6 weeks of weighted workouts (weight vest!) with 3 of our top coaches at the helm. - FirePower Barbell Club - Sunday @ 9:15am with Coach Shane. Fine-tune your lifts. For the lifter looking to improve strength and skill. Refine barbell skills and become a more confident lifter. Over 6 weeks of skills and drills to build confidence, technique, and knowledge with the barbell. Co-ed program
- FirePower Barbell Bettys - Sunday @ 10:30am with Coach Jen (Turtle). General/basic technique and principles for working with barbells. For the female lifter looking to understand barbell movements and mechanics better. Ladies only. Max of 6.
