Why Do Group Training?

Fitness addresses PHYSICAL and MENTAL health, but did you know it also helps SOCIAL health??

Group training will prepare you for anything life throws your way. We train, persevere, and progress together. Each day you'll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods yet is also tailored to each individual's abilities and needs for that workout.

Group training also provides you with an instant network of training partners to hold you accountable and cheer you on when the going gets tough. Our routines are constantly varied, so you can do them for years on end without plateauing. This is a routine you can stick to day in and day out, which will give you the results you're looking for.

All of our coaches must pass a rigorous certification and internship process before leading group classes. This ensures that you stay safe and injury-free.

We educate our members about proper movement, training programs, nutrition & mental health to create healthy, sustainable lifestyles. All programs can be delivered in groups, privately / semi-private or remote online.

CrossFit Is Our Foundation

Constantly varied, functional movement with selective high intensity is our philosophy yet training is infinitely scaleable for all ages, fitness levels and life stages.  We seek movement quality over PR's and know that practice makes permanent with regular emphasis on fundamentals and fun.

CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to better performance.  It’s a formula for everything we do, from forging elite fitness to preventing and reversing chronic disease.

FirePower Boxing

Boxing is our first love and our fun side.  We originates as a boxing gym and evolved into much more. Currently we offer Olympic-style amateur boxing for fitness and health for ages 14+. We encourage members to mix their training with boxing or CrossFit Striking to keep variety in their regime.  

Small Group Training / Specialty Programs

Confidence, Connection, Support.   FirePower specialty programs  help you emphasize various areas of your training to support your goals. These Specialty Programs go outside the ordinary group classes to drill into specific areas of expertise or work with a like-minded group who have similar training goals. We offer a variety of specialities throughout the year including Fit Over 40, Strength based, Endurance based, skill specific workshops, and boxing bootcamps.
