FirePower Barbell Club - A division of Reebok CrossFit FirePower is Milton’s premier Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting Club. FP BBC is open to new and experienced lifters and a great way to take your Olympic lifting skills to the next level. Work hand in hand with qualified weightlifting coaches to build strength and improve lifting mechanics. Athletes will also be given accessory work to complete throughout the week during Open Gym times. Sessions will be capped at 10 athletes leaving a strong athlete to trainer ration.
Barbell Bettys is a supplementary program to CrossFit wods and will focus on barbell work, technique and strength building. Its open exclusively to FirePower She-Beasts! Bettys meet 1 day/week, and receive optional 2 homework workouts to improve strength.
Bettys 1.0 is for new Crossfitters or ladies who would like to focus on the basics of lifting technique for increased confidence. Bettys 2.0 is for intermediate and advanced lifters looking to dial in on technical improvements to improve strength, speed and mechanics.

Strength Building Program
This specialty program focuses on building pure strength. Your trainer will guide you and a small group through a customized program that measures and tracks your strength improvement over a 10-week timeframe. Participants come with a knowledge of the fundamentals of certain Olympic lifts, and will improve strength, form and the art of tying it all together. There will be assistance exercises and homework.
Participants require at least a basic idea the lifts, particularly the power clean, deadlift and press-series. This will be a 10 week program which will transform you into someone who embraces RX’d!
The Metabolic Conditioning aka MetCon program is an 8 week program developed to condition athletes to consistently function in a longer duration, higher work capacity pathway while increasing their athletic skill set. In the process, helping athletes lower their body fat percentage, increase lean muscle mass, and improving overall endurance conditioning.
Obstacle Course Racing Program
Be prepared for a mix of skill training for climbing, hanging, jumping, lifting, running, carrying, and more! Practice your grip strength on our Ninja Warrior-style rig, climb the 15 ft ropes, over walls, and more. Be prepared for anything! Classes are a combination of indoor and outdoor endurance and strength training that will progressively guide you to your first 5K, or a 12K Spartan Beast Race...whatever your goal is! Expect a series of team and partner-based obstacles, lots of hills, body-weight conditioning and more! All skill levels are welcome.
