Team Firepower is excited to offer small group training camp for youth athletes for 3 day intensives during the July & August. Sessions will focus on developing the foundational skills and competencies to build strength, power, speed, agility, and coordination. These skills are essential in not only building sport proficiency but also safety and longevity in life. Athletes will learn to develop various motor patterns (such as the hip hinge and triple extension) and the appropriate sequencing of these patterns into compound movements (such as the power clean and box jump).

Performance & recreation athletes will benefit from this program by being consistent, intentional, technique-focused and highly energetic. Coaches provide effective warm-ups, skill development and a workout each day that is challenging, builds endurance and stamina. Nutrition and mindset is also a factor in the program's success - coaches will integrate discussion topics around healthy habits for sleep, eating, movement and managing stress.
Choose 4 weeks for July and / or August
- Morning sessions Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
- Junior Varsity (grades 6-8) 9:30am
- Varsity (grades 9+) 10:30am
**Note regular evening Youth Classes will continue in the summer with a modified schedule to Tuesdays/Thursdays.
