Join us for a 4 week special class called the "Joy of Fitness":
What: Once a week, spend an hour with Coach Mitch falling back in love with your workouts, discovering who you are as an athlete NOW.
Who: For those who have become stagnant, uninspired, frustrated in their performance, coming off a lengthy injury, or simply just looking for a fresh way to approach their hour in the gym.
When: Wednesdays, 6:30pm, starting June 5, 2019
- If you are an active RCFP member already, there is no extra cost. If you are a former member looking to restart, you can choose a drop-in fee or a 10-pass.
- Come to one of the classes or all 4. Your choice. We suggest all 4 to help build confidence and habit.
- This is NOT a heavy lifting grunt-it-out class. All fitness levels are welcome.
