One-on-One training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual goals and get the most out of your time in our facility. All of our RCFP trainers are certified and specialize in a variety of different areas such as weight-loss, strength-building, boxing, kettlebells, gymnastics, and 911 police/fire fitness. We also have a nutrition coach that can help you with any questions or issues you may have and can provide you with a personalized meal plan.
PT is recommended if you’ve been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, are rehabbing from an injury or have significant health/orthopaedic limitations or just prefer the individual attention and personal accountability. Many business executives and entrepreneurs choose PT as their most time efficient way to fit their fitness around their challenging work/home schedules.
Within personal training, your coach will work with you to:
- Identify and clarify your goals related to health, fitness and/or sport
- Conduct a functional movement assessment
- Design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths
- Design a mobility and/or recovery program tailored to you and your needs

Private Group Coaching is also offered at FirePower for groups of all sizes from 2 people to 30 people. This is a great option if you have specific training objectives or schedules. It’s more cost effective than 1:1 sessions as you are sharing the cost of a coach.
