Hybrid Memberships provide you with the best of both worlds between group training, personal training and nutrition coaching. As your training unfolds over time, your emphasis, interests and goals may need to adapt.

Classes focus on general fitness which can be enough at times, but if you yourself in any of these situations, you may opt to change to a hybrid membership:

  • You've hit a plateau in your progress or weightloss. The "same old" isn't producing results at the moment
  • An upcoming competition or event needs some sport-specific training
  • You're determined to learn or perfect your technique or see faster progress in your fitness
  • An injury has been plaguing your effort and you need support to rehab while still safely training
  • You need additional accountability to show-up or change your diet/lifestyle

Example of Hybrid Membership Goals:

1. Frequency. Someone who wants to come to the gym as often as possible while still receiving extra one-on-one help toward certain goals. Members with this type of hybrid membership can expect ongoing support from their Nutrition Coach, targeted sessions to work on mastering skills with their Personal Training Coach, and the benefits of a regular fitness routine through frequent attendance in Group Classes.

Sample Week:

Monday: CrossFit
Tuesday: CrossFit
Wednesday: CrossFit
Thursday: Personal Training
Friday: CrossFit
Saturday: CrossFit & Nutrition Check In

2. Guidance & Support. Someone who wants to build a regular fitness routine, but also needs extra guidance through one-on-one coaching. Personalized plans are great for those who have past injuries or who have had an extended hiatus from a fitness routine. Members with these goals can expect regular support from their Nutrition Coach, customized sessions with their Personal Training Coach, while still enjoying the social atmosphere in Group Classes at FirePower.

Sample Week:

Monday: Personal Training
Tuesday: CrossFit
Wednesday: Personal Training
Thursday: (Rest)
Friday: CrossFit
Saturday: CrossFit & Nutrition Check In

3. Convenience & Flexibility. This is for the busy-bee!  Balancing all aspects of life can be a huge challenge, and having the ability to make the most of your limited schedule is key for success. Members with this type of hybrid can expect to reap the benefits of frequent, customized sessions with their Personal Training Coach, scheduled at times that are made for their busy schedule, and directly targeted toward their goals.

Monday: Personal Training
Tuesday: Personal Training
Wednesday: Personal Training
Thursday: (Rest)
Friday: Personal Training
Saturday: Nutrition Check In

4. Balance. This hybrid type of membership is for the member who needs a little bit of everything! Members can expect to reap the benefits of weekly customized sessions with their Personal Training Coach, which will supplement regular group CrossFit workouts. Nutrition Coaching is ongoing and has the accountability to stay on top of healthy eating habits.
