If you prefer your workouts to avoid heavy lifting of barbells and higher intensity wods of 'Full CrossFit' then we invite you to come to CrossFit Lite. This is a bootcamp-style workout with emphasis is on improved metabolism and fat burning. Classes are instructor lead and change every day.
All CrossFit Lite members begin their journey with a CrossFit Foundations month which includes a series of 1:1 beginner-level sessions with a coach and confidently transition into CrossFit Lite classes.
What is the difference between Lite and Lite Plus?
- CrossFit Lite gives you access to CrossFit Lite classes 3x/week
- CrossFit Lite Plus gives you access to unlimited CrossFit Lite classes each week with additional access to boxing, yoga and open gym times.
