This is the same training our amateur and professional boxers use to prepare for a fight.

Fitness Boxing Membership Options:
You can choose from 4 different membership options
- Classes on Monday/Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings: $70/month (no contracts)
- Classes on Tuesday/Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings: $70/month (no contracts)
- 10-class pass: $150 with 3 month expiry. Choose from any classes.
- Drop in: $20 per class
All membership options above are subject to HST and a $25 refundable security card deposit
Fitness boxing members are required to submit an annual insurance form to Boxing Ontario: $20/calendar year
