NEW CROSSFIT MEMBERS: You are required to complete the CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM for your safety. A good foundational knowledge of each lift is vital to success during workouts. This will also save time for everyone in the regular classes by limiting technical instruction time. Minimum age for CrossFit is 15.
RECREATION BOXING CLASSES: For ages 12 & over. No contact required. Gloves are available for use, however it is strongly recommended you buy hand wraps and gloves for sanitary purposes.
