Want to brush up on your skills?
Spend some time with a CrossFit or Boxing trainer a little or as often as you choose! There’s no obligation, no session commitment requirement, no trainers creepy-following you around to get you to train with them, etc. Either pick a trainer you enjoy working with, or email Andrea to be matched up with a suitable trainer for you.
CrossFit Training:
Spend time improving your Olympic lifting technique, kettlebell/core training, mastering a skill, or simply doing a private, customized WOD.
- 1 session / week with FP Trainer: $60
- 1 session / week with George Savard: $75
- 2 sessions / week with FP Trainer: $50
- Small group training (2-4 people): $40pp

Boxing Training:
Want to get a handle on “what to do” before a full class? Looking to refine your technique for improved efficiency in the class? Want to learn to spar? Spend 1/2 hour on technical skills or an express workout with heavy bag & hand pads, or get in a full hour to work your ass off! Your choice.
- Half hour session with FP Trainer: $30
- Half hour session with Andrea: $40
- 1 hour session / week with FP Trainer: $60
- 1 hour session / week with Andrea: $75
- Small group training (2-4 people): $40pp
Note on sparring: a boxing member can only participate in sparring once they have demonstrated in personal training sessions that their skill level and safety is at an appropriate level. Sparring requires approval from Andrea and also medical insurance forms completed through Boxing Ontario. Sparring can only take place with a qualified boxing trainer &/or Boxing Ontario registered fighter under the supervision of a Level 1 coach.
