Notes
This workout begins from the standing position with the barbell on the floor and the Athlete standing tall. Each time the Athlete returns to the deadlift they will be responsible for loading their own barbell to the next appropriate weight. The same barbell must be used for the entire workout, and the Athlete may not receive assistance when changing the loads. Using additional pre-loaded barbells is not permitted.

Every rep counts in this workout. Credit will be given for partially completed rounds. You will enter your result by the total number of reps completed plus your tiebreak time (see below).

Special Tiebreak
In this workout, we are using a special tiebreak method. At the end of each set of 15 box jumps time should be marked. When you submit your final result, your score will be the number of reps completed. There will be another field in which you will enter the time of the last completed sets of box jumps.

    And…????

  2. Rodd says:

No comments? Fun morning with Mitch Annie and Geo! Some usual suspect missing… I will say this, I enjoyed the workout, but had mixed feelings. Gareth I am sure felt similarly, as bj and high rep deads have been rather cruel from an injury front there was a little more careful of an approach and a little less beast… That said my goal was to hang with the king of deads Scotty and i proudly did that, good job to all, and good luck to those going later!

  3. Turtle says:

Where are all the comments today!? For all of us stuck at work – we want to be kept in the loop you know! :) Hope everyone is having fun and getting after it!

  4. Scott P says:

    I beat Dean

  5. JJM says:

As advertised, this one got heavy quickly! Never got too gassed but power drained quickly. Amazing effort by Annie, Kim S, and Krystian (who was beat by his wife and now has to do laundry for a week.) Also, hats off to Jonathan. I think he’s in his second month with FP and got through the 225#’s…amazing effort!

Good luck to the rest, make yourself proud!

  6. Dennis says:

103 , that 275 got real heavy real fast ,

  7. Melissa P says:

Do disappointed to be missing this tonight. :(. Sick in bed! Hopefully get to it Sunday. Good luck everyone!

  8. Karin says:

109 final count. 19 / 25 @ 185#. I thought I would have finished the round given I had 3 1/2 minutes to do it but I seemed to hit a wall. Oh well still happy with that :)

  9. JG says:

    104. 275 was tougher than expected. Great job everyone!

  10. Greg B says:

Good job to all today, couldn’t be there to watch but saw some pics on Facebook and looks like everyone ripped this up.

  11. Alex says:

What a great WOD. 98 with a PR on 8 reps at 275#!! Only problem is my judge took off without telling me his name and time for my last round of burpees. Any chance my sheet is kicking around at the box?

  12. AES says:

    Hey Alex,

So glad you got to participate in one of the Friday nights! Yes we have all the scores logged at the front desk and still have the papers. We can see it this am for you.

  13. Alex says:

Thanks. Would you be able to email me the info? I’m back up north for work again til at least lete next week.
    Thanks again!

  14. Maria says:

My back is absolutely destroyed today (I did it yesterday). I hadn’t done deadlifts in a really long time so didn’t have any expectations going into the workout. I finished the 20 reps at 155#, proudly because I think it used to be my one rep max, but with god-awful form and am currently paying for it with interest.

  15. jacinda says:

Sorry to hear yourback hurts Maria :( I only did it yesterday so the pain might sneek up on me tomorrow but so far im just really tired. Heavy DL seriously tax the central nervous system. I was glad I got 1 rep into the 205’s as that was a goal I set.
