“D-Day”

10 Rounds

Every 3 minute complete:

30 Double Unders

3 Jerks ( push or slit )

8 Burpees W/ 6 inch jump

** Rest the remaining time of the 3 min.

    Fun Monday… I liked the format…and after 4 years I am making my peace with du… I am not going to be a du guru, but ironically I get the advantage of great exercise from them… For two rounds they almost went to 30, then the third round respectable… Rounds 7-10…argh…good fun with Scotty, Alex, and Shawn…welcome back Meghan!

    Just keep working on them Rodd and once u get it u will love them.
    I agree it was a fun format. Gassed u but u had long enough to concentrate and work on the jerk. 135# split jerk.

    Nice to work out with the 4:30 crew again. Even saw some 6 am’ers!!
    Not as beastly as Tammy and Tonya. Awesome weight to be lifting. Should be proud of yourselves

    Great class at 6:30 thanks Paleo this wod was a good one just enough rest from the burpees to start over again started off with 205 lasted 6 rounds then dropped down to 185 #
