Warm up:

Coache’s choice

 

“Team DT”
5 rounds for time of:
12 Dead Lifts, 155/105
9 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105
6 Push Jerks, 155/105

One athlete completes all of  the Deads, HPC and Jerks, then passes off to the other athlete who completes all the reps.  That is one full round.

Striking WOD

5 rounds for time 2 minutes rest between each round
50 Round kicks (For speed)
40 Sit ups
30 combos 1-2-3 (Power in every strike)
20 Pull ups
10 Combos 1-2-3-Rear round kick

    DT hit me like a train today, if it wasn’t for the motivation of the beast, Greg and later BK – not sure I would have completed this one today on my own. That is the power of our gym! I am blaming it on sleep deprivation from little ones, but it could just be me, lol.
