3 min of skipping

5 min of mobility work (foam roll, LAX ball, bands, etc.)

400 m group med ball indian run (30#)

 

3 RFT:
30 Calorie Row
30 Russin KBS, 1.5pood,1pood
30 Box Jumps, 24/20

 

Last evening Masters class. Awesome class. Awesome group of people

    Fun class with Daniel! We had a 30 burpees penalty if our partner passed us on the WOD. I definitely hussled a little more than I planned to thanks to having Tara as a partner! You did awesome! Today after class I jumped up and back down that horizontal bar thingy! It felt super cool :)

    Paleo did the same thing with the 330 class, definitely makes u push a little harder to make sure u don’t get lapped.

    Had to make sure I did the kbs unbroken and only took short breaks on the box jumps to reset so I didn’t fall and bang my shins so that I could stay ahead since the row for me would be the worst part. 13:49
