Reebok CrossFit FirePower is not a gym.
It’s a place where lives are transformed. Where fear and intimidation give way to inspiration and personal achievement. Where “I can’t” becomes “I never thought I could”. We are a family run facility promoting family-centred fun, fitness, and community. Here you are a name and a person, not a number. You have goals, not just a pat on the back for showing up. You become part of our family.
Initial training began as FirePower Boxing in Cambridge, Ontario in 2005 as a recreation and competitive boxing gym. Within 2 years, Team FirePower built the largest recreation boxing facility in Ontario. In 2008, FirePower Training Inc was incorporated and opened as a CrossFit facility in Milton, Ontario. At the time, it was one of the largest CrossFit Affiliates in North America.
In September 2011, FirePower entered into an exciting partnership with Reebok CrossFit to continue our quest for bringing a whole new culture of health fitness to Milton & beyond! We are extremely proud to be part of a growing CrossFit Family. We are also members of the Canadian Amateur Boxing Association (CABA), and an active member of Boxing Ontario. The team training and hockey development program is second to none. Our system works. Period.
